Access to the Docubird suite
The Docubird DMS solution consists of three components that can be used individually or together to optimize document processes. Each license provides access to the full suite, allowing you to choose the components that best fit your organization.
What is included in the Docubird license?
A Docubird license gives access to:
- Docubird Document Manager (browser)
- Docubird for Outlook (add-in)
- Docubird for Office (add-in)
The Document Manager is a central productivity tool that brings all Microsoft cloud file locations together in one place. SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive are displayed in a single interface, making it easier to find files, use smart DMS features, and automate document-related processes.
The Outlook and Office add-ins can be used on their own or in combination with the Document Manager. They allow users to save documents, emails, and attachments directly from the application they are working in.
Each user needs an active Docubird license, linked to their corporate Microsoft 365 account.
