Integrating Docubird for Office
Docubird for Office allows you to save documents directly from Word, Excel or PowerPoint. This avoids having to leave the work program and then manually upload the file to the correct location.

Add office add-in
IT administrators can set up the Office add-in for all employees through the Microsoft 365 management center. To do so, view the instructions from Microsoft.
Do you have admin rights yourself? Then follow these steps:
- Go to the Microsoft Marketplace
- Open the application "Docubird for Office
- Click on Download Now
- Log in with your Microsoft account
- Complete the installation process
- Open Word, Excel and PowerPoint from the start menu
- Click on the Docubird icon in the work ribbon
- Connect your Microsoft account
From now on you can save documents directly in Docubird, with metadata and PDF conversion. A Docubird license is required to use Docubird for Office.
