Cancelling of license

Terminating a Docubird license can be done at any time after the current month or year ends. All data then remains available within your own Microsoft 365 environment, with the standard functionalities offered by Microsoft. Nothing needs to be transferred or deleted.

How to cancel

Cancel via Microsoft

Docubird's base license is managed directly by Microsoft.

  1. Go to admin.microsoft.com
  2. Open the Billing tab > Your products
  3. Select Cancel Subscription

Cancel via supplier

If the license was provided through an external partner or reseller, the management of the subscription is through that party. In this case, contact the vendor to discuss the terms and termination procedure.

Cancel via Docubird

Do you receive invoices directly from Docubird? Then send a message to support@docubird.com requesting the termination of the license. Our team will confirm the termination and ensure correct completion of the administration.
