Security of corporate data
Docubird offers a secure way to work with documents within Microsoft 365. As part of our unique solution, the content of your files always remains the property of the organization itself. Docubird provides structure, overview and additional functions, but has no access to the content of your data.
You retain ownership of the data
All files remain stored within your own Microsoft tenant. Docubird does not read or copy content data or access documents, emails or metadata. The security and backup methods set up within Microsoft remain in full effect.
When the license is terminated, all data remains available as usual in SharePoint, Teams or OneDrive. No transfer or export is required. You retain full ownership and management of the files.
Certified Quality
Docubird has been approved for publication through Microsoft AppSource. To appear there, an application must meet strict security, privacy and code quality requirements. Microsoft has extensively audited and certified our solution. This provides assurance of reliability and continuity.
The completion of our ISO certification is scheduled for Q3 2026.
Trust and transparency
Docubird processes only technical information necessary for the functioning of the application. Content data always remains within the Microsoft environment and never leaves it. We believe it is important for organizations to know exactly how their data is used and secured.
