Blueprint vs. custom setup

Each organization uses Docubird in its own way. Most manuals are based on the standard blueprint: an efficient setup that fits most workflows. Some environments contain additional customization, for example specific settings, integrations or automated processes. As a result, your screen, view or menu may differ from the examples in the manuals.

Standard equipment

The blueprint provides a proven structure that will get you up and running quickly. This base supports Docubird's most important functions, such as search, save and collaborate. By following the standard, the environment remains uncluttered and easy to manage.

Customization and extensions

For organizations with specific processes, Docubird can be expanded with customization. Think of additional metadata, links to other systems or automatic approval flows. The Docubird team helps set up these extensions and advises on the best application within Microsoft 365.

Management and support

Administrators can use the Admin portal to adjust settings, view usage data and manage links. For questions about setting up your environment or customization options, contact the internal administrator or visit support@docubird.com.
