Save multiple emails at once
If you want to save large numbers of e-mails, for example from a shared mailbox or an old archive, you can save them all at once via the Exchange tab in the Docubird Document Manager. This way, you don't have to save each e-mail individually through Outlook, but can process messages and attachments in bulk.
When to use Exchange
The Outlook add-in is ideal for storing individual e-mails, but less suitable for larger numbers.
Therefore, use Exchange in the Document Manager when:
- you want to archive older or shared mailboxes.
- you want to save multiple emails at once;
- you want to process attachments in bulk;
Exchange displays both your personal mailbox and all shared mailboxes for which you are authorized. So you can effortlessly select emails from different mailboxes and store them centrally.
