Managing document access
Access to documents in Docubird is controlled through Microsoft 365. So you don't need to set up separate permissions. Want to give or restrict users access? Adjust this easily in SharePoint.
Access and permissions
Access to documents in Docubird follows the Microsoft 365 permissions structure.
Users see only the files for which they are authorized within SharePoint, Teams or OneDrive. Administrators can modify permissions at any time; changes are made immediately in Docubird.
Want to grant or restrict additional access? You can do this directly in SharePoint.
- Find the administrator or member who can open the desired location.
- Select Open in SharePoint.
- Wait until the number of members appears in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Click on Add members.
- Add individual users or groups, or remove existing members.
